The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, project city and state, equipment interest, rental duration and a message. Your industry and preferred start date are optional. The form also identifies the page from which you sent the inquiry. Please leave sensitive personal, financial, medical or employee information out of your message.
Why the information is used
The details are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss equipment suitability, coordinate project questions and prepare a rental quote. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a unit or create a rental agreement. The consent checkbox asks for permission to contact you about that inquiry.
Form processing and service providers
The website processes inquiries through its server and, when configured, forwards the form fields to a shared Glide workflow used to handle rental inquiries. Hosting and form-processing providers may process information needed to operate the website. Information you submit may be accessible to the team responding to your project.
Browser storage and technical requests
When configured, Google reCAPTCHA v3 helps check inquiry submissions for spam. Its script loads when you interact with an inquiry form, and a verification token is checked by our server before the inquiry is forwarded to Glide. Google may process browser and interaction information. When reCAPTCHA runs, it sets a necessary cookie named _GRECAPTCHA for risk analysis. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Normal page and image requests also reach the hosting provider. The equipment menu, map and quote dialog work without a visitor account.
