About Urban Bricks

Commercial kitchen rentals, planned with Urban Bricks.

Urban Bricks Commercial Kitchen Rentals is built around a straightforward idea: the temporary kitchen should fit the work. We focus on commercial kitchen trailers, with dishwashing and refrigeration support for the food service operation around them. Planned renovations, construction and unexpected interruptions each bring different questions about equipment, access and timing. Short-term or longer-term rental discussions begin with those questions, not a promise that one trailer fits every facility. Restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and caterers across Western USA can compare the listed configurations and start a project-specific inquiry. Share your menu, location, dates and available utilities so the equipment and delivery requirements can be discussed. The rental inquiry line is available 24/7.

What the conversation is about

The menu.
The people.
The place.

Your team already knows the meals that need to be prepared. Our equipment pages give you a clear place to start comparing the cooking line, sinks, preparation equipment and electrical reference for a temporary setup.

Before a booking is agreed, the actual unit, utilities, access, delivery timing and rental terms need confirmation. We keep that distinction clear: a configuration is a starting point, and an inquiry is a conversation rather than a reservation.

How to approach the project

Three decisions. One clear brief.

01

Match the work.

Compare cooking equipment against your menu, staff and service periods. Consider dishwashing and emergency refrigeration as separate parts of the operation.

02

Review the real site.

Identify the receiving address, delivery approach, placement, electrical supply, potable water and approved wastewater arrangement. A city name alone cannot settle those details.

03

Document the scope.

Review the selected configuration, rental duration, transport, setup, utility responsibilities and final inclusions in writing before a booking is agreed.

The equipment conversation

Discuss the actual unit, equipment list, logistics and rental terms. Ask which items and services are included in the written quote.

The site and operating review

The facility and appropriate professionals or authorities confirm utility connections, health and fire reviews, operating arrangements and approvals. A rental quote does not authorize opening.

Plan before you book. Delivery timing, setup requirements, rental duration and any ramp or stair access are confirmed for the actual unit and site. Ask about GPS tracking if required. An inquiry does not reserve equipment.

Why choose Urban Bricks

Practical equipment. A considered plan.

A temporary kitchen project involves more than choosing a trailer. We start with the equipment and the site questions that help you make a useful decision.

01

Deployment planned around you

Bring the shutdown date into the first conversation so equipment selection, access and delivery can be coordinated.

02

24/7 emergency inquiries

Call the rental line at any time to discuss a kitchen interruption or commercial refrigeration breakdown.

03

The whole project in view

Consider cooking, warewashing, cold storage and site readiness together rather than in separate last-minute decisions.

04

Terms that fit the project

Discuss a short-term rental or a longer lease, with the actual duration and minimum term confirmed in your quote.

05

Commercial cooking equipment

Compare ranges, ovens, sinks and preparation equipment against the menu your team needs to deliver.

06

A clear logistics conversation

Share access, placement and utility details early so the site plan can be reviewed before delivery is agreed.

Plan for the real site

Local conditions. Better preparation.

These public examples inform planning for a kitchen rental. They are not Urban Bricks customer projects or statements of a current rental requirement.

  1. Past emergencies & continuity

The Caltrans Palisades Fire recovery record describes road and utility damage after the January 2025 fires near Los Angeles. Build a food service continuity plan around safe utilities, usable space and access after an interruption.

  2. Construction around active facilities

OHSU’s hospital expansion record describes emergency-department construction in Portland, begun in July 2025 and planned through January 2028. On your own construction project, review temporary kitchen placement and service connections before the shutdown schedule is fixed.

  3. Phased renovation

LVCVA’s convention-center renovation record marks completion of the legacy-campus work in Las Vegas in January 2026. For a banquet kitchen renovation, consider how temporary cooking, dishwashing and refrigeration would fit each phase.

  4. Emergency equipment access

Follow official transportation information and current road restrictions. Before discussing delivery, confirm site authorization, truck clearance, receiving instructions and a safe placement area. Public emergency routes do not establish a rental delivery route.

  5. A quote for your location

Use the published monthly equipment starting rate as a planning reference. There is no assumed city surcharge. A location-specific quote must identify delivery, pickup, setup, term, utilities, taxes and any required site work.

An unexpected interruption?
Start with the essentials.

For an urgent commercial kitchen rental inquiry, tell us what is out of service, where the equipment would be installed and when the interruption began. A permanent kitchen shutdown and a failed commercial cooler need different equipment and site reviews.

Have the menu or stored product, required operating conditions, available utilities and receiving contact ready. Availability, suitability, transport and delivery timing must be confirmed for the actual project; an inquiry does not reserve equipment.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before you rent.

What is a commercial kitchen trailer?

A commercial kitchen trailer is a temporary food-production space used when a permanent kitchen is unavailable. Match its cooking equipment, sinks, working layout and utility requirements to your menu and site before choosing a unit.

Can I rent during a planned kitchen renovation?

Yes. Discuss the shutdown schedule, temporary placement, utility connections, permit requirements and the return to your permanent kitchen. A phased renovation may need cooking, dishwashing and refrigeration at different times.

Are short-term and longer-term rentals possible?

Both can be discussed. Published equipment rates are monthly starting figures, not a delivered project total. Request the applicable minimum term, duration, delivery, pickup, setup and exclusions in your written quote.

Does an inquiry reserve equipment?

No. Sending a form or discussing a configuration does not reserve a unit. Availability, the selected equipment, site requirements, final price and booking terms need confirmation.
