13 states. Your next working kitchen.
Find kitchen trailer rentals for your location.
Plan a temporary commercial kitchen around your actual location, menu and shutdown schedule. Urban Bricks brings kitchen trailer configurations, dishwashing options and emergency refrigeration references into one planning conversation for Western USA projects. Explore a state, find your city or community, and compare the equipment before requesting a written quote. Commercial and institutional sites need their own review of power, water, wastewater and receiving access. Short-term and monthly rental discussions start with those details. Call our 24/7 inquiry line or send the installation address and preferred dates to discuss suitability, logistics and availability.

This directory lists cities and Census-designated communities with known population estimates of 10,000 or fewer, using the 2020–2024 ACS 5-year estimates. Place names and boundaries come from the 2026 Census Gazetteer. Places without a matching population estimate are not listed.

Past emergencies & continuity
The Caltrans Palisades Fire recovery record describes road and utility damage after the January 2025 fires near Los Angeles. Build a food service continuity plan around safe utilities, usable space and access after an interruption.
Construction around active facilities
OHSU’s hospital expansion record describes emergency-department construction in Portland, begun in July 2025 and planned through January 2028. On your own construction project, review temporary kitchen placement and service connections before the shutdown schedule is fixed.
Phased renovation
LVCVA’s convention-center renovation record marks completion of the legacy-campus work in Las Vegas in January 2026. For a banquet kitchen renovation, consider how temporary cooking, dishwashing and refrigeration would fit each phase.
Emergency equipment access
Follow official transportation information and current road restrictions. Before discussing delivery, confirm site authorization, truck clearance, receiving instructions and a safe placement area. Public emergency routes do not establish a rental delivery route.
A quote for your location
Use the published monthly equipment starting rate as a planning reference. There is no assumed city surcharge. A location-specific quote must identify delivery, pickup, setup, term, utilities, taxes and any required site work.

24/7 rental inquiries / Western USA
An unexpected interruption?
Start with the essentials.
For an urgent commercial kitchen rental inquiry, tell us what is out of service, where the equipment would be installed and when the interruption began. A permanent kitchen shutdown and a failed commercial cooler need different equipment and site reviews.
Have the menu or stored product, required operating conditions, available utilities and receiving contact ready. Availability, suitability, transport and delivery timing must be confirmed for the actual project; an inquiry does not reserve equipment.
- Actual installation address
- Equipment or operation affected
- Power, water and site access
- Required start and expected duration

Before you rent.
Which states are included in Western USA?
This directory follows the Census West region: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Does a city page confirm local equipment availability?
No. A city or community page is a project-planning starting point. Availability, transport feasibility, delivery timing and the installation requirements must be confirmed for the actual project.
Does the directory include every neighborhood?
It includes 2026 Census Gazetteer cities and Census-designated communities with a matched 2020–2024 ACS population estimate of 10,000 or fewer. Larger places and places without a matching estimate are not listed. Send the actual installation address with an inquiry.
What determines the cost for my installation?
Start with the selected equipment and rental duration. Delivery, pickup, setup, utility connections, taxes, permits, site work and the applicable minimum term need a written location-specific quote. A Census place or a map distance does not establish a freight price.
